Do you support E-Cards?

Do you support E-Cards?

I have been with you awhile but when I first was with urldownload I never had my own site before but a friend who also used to have a site on urldownload set me up with a site on his domain. He knew my site was geared toward non-gamers of an older generation who just wanted a place to talk to others with medical issues. Because of the type of members he set me up with e-cards. But when a bunch of things happened last winter and some files were lost including having to switch to a new domain name the beginning of this year and things had to be changed I noticed that we lost support for e-cards. Now I was fine with it as it worked just fine never the less but I noticed just recently that we started getting spam in it. So Sandman wanted to update it but we can't do that without support as it seems it is something that we need to pay for unless it was done through our host. How did we get it before?

It works just fine but isn't that popular so if we can't get support we might as well delete it but the elderly people liked it for sending out get well cards to others when they were in hospital (which happens a lot for kidney patients which the site is geared toward):

So I was wondering, if there would be support for the e-cards or should I just delete them?

Apparently WebCards is no longer free.

We do not provide support for any third party application. We have PHP, MySQL and GD2 as needed according to their website, but actual support as in "something does not work", or "how do I do ..." is something that is provided by the people that created the software. This is the same for SMF, PHPBB, of any other third party application.

Thanks!

Ah okay. Understood. Thought it doesn't hurt to ask as I thought maybe you had a special deal before and why it used to be offered. I didn't know it was the company itself that used to not charge for it and now does. Thanks.
