How can I block an IP from even SEEING my site?

I want to know if there is a way to stop a certain IP from even SEEING my site?

In my logs I have been seeing malicious behavior from 109.122.12.108 and want it not to be able to even see I have a site. Even though banned from my forums it is still trying to find a way around it by doing things as normal person would not be doing.

This is some information on that IP so you can see why I would want to block that IP completely and in every way:

I have blocked the IP from the server through the firewall. You can add IPs to be blocked from your site by going to the control panel, and selecting 'IP Deny Manager' from the 'Security' section.
